On the fusion side we have TIG, MIG, Robotic TIG, Fire-spray, Seam or Stich, Spot Welding, Wire and Sinker EDM. We boast a large QC department with Digital, Optic and CMM capabilities.
• Motor Shop — We repair every solenoid coil used on every GG4/FT4 accessory. Coil windings are re-wound using double insulated mag wire around a phenolic core, which is pot set in High temperature epoxy to resist fuel oil intrusion. Termination is either cannon plug or flying lead.
